I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The charming building and spacious room were just what I needed after a long drive. The hotel's location in a beautiful nature environment made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast options, including picknick baskets and buffet style, were a great start to the day. The hotel also had a well-equipped play area for children, which was a nice touch.

The only minor issue was the WiFi connection, which could be improved.

One member of hotel staff (and owner´s family most probably) that was interested the first morning how long we will stay (even if he knew for 3 nights very well) and when I asked him about a possibility of a breakfast packet for the third morning because of our early deparature, he answered: "When you pay, you can get everything" Not too much polite. I am not a monkey from the East. Any positive evaluation of this hotel is based only and just only on a marvelous surroundings.

Very pleasant hotel with a good restaurant serving local specialities and a satisfying breakfast with adequate variety. Modern bedroom with new furnishings and fittings. Well placed for nice walks.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a nice quiet area surrounded by hiking trails. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and had spacious bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the hotel.

Everything was great at this hotel.

being in the middle of the forest and experience a real German village surroundings. with comfort and great food. the staff were very friendly and honest. my daughter forgot her digital camera in their garden. we called and they say they will send it to us. great service!

The rooms were modern and comfortable. Spacious bathroom and good bedding. Friendly and attentive staff. Great location for hiking with beautiful views. Superb restaurant with delicious food. Lovely garden to relax in.

Nothing to fault.

Very nice location, rural with nice views. Friendly staff, run by family. At arrival we got a free room upgrade, which is always nice! In traditional looking building, but rooms are very modern and designish. Very good restaurant. Great value for money.

We had a good city break, everything was walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included a variety of fresh fruits and pastries. The hotel also had a nice garden which was relaxing.

The noise from the street outside was unbearable, we were not able to get a good night's rest. The bathroom was small and cramped, the shower didn't have enough water pressure. The staff was not friendly and seemed uninterested in helping us with our enquiries. we were left disappointed by our stay.

What a nice hotel. Location is beautiful, tranquil and far from any city stress. Staff is friendly and efficient, room splendid. I would definitely stay here again in the future. For children there is a little playground, which they happily made use of until late at night. PS: There is the option to take touristic roads leading to the hotel. If you enjoy driving and nice views, you will love it. (From North A5 exit Bad Krozingen: Staufen, Unter, Hinterheubronn, Schweighof, Badenweier, Wies, Steinen)

A great Hotel - the staff is most helpful, Dinner and Breakfast the next day were super. We highly recommend staying here - our room was super. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in.

This is a wonderful little hotel hidden in the countryside. There is easy access to many hiking trails and nearby towns. The rooms are spacious and pretty, the view is amazing, and the hotel staff are honest and very nice -- they even waited up for us after check-in time when we were lost driving in the fog, giving us directions via telephone. We had an incredible stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
